About: R.G. Evans provide services for the installation of plumbing and heating systems to large new home developers and for special projects.
Overview: To generate new business opportunities. Proactive Edge modernised and elevated the brand presence by building a new website, creating a business information pack and other business essentials. Using marketing methods Proactive Edge started targeting potential clients, we also designed a sales process so that we could be reactive to enquiries and pursue the prospect. Proactive Edge have worked closely with R.G.Evans to also help develop other aspects of the business, such as tendering, customer relationship management and recruitment.
Achievements: Secured several new clients which has resulted in contracts totalling over £5,000,000. Furthermore, RGE have been able to strengthen it’s team and has a successful business model thanks to our support.
